Love ball set consisting of 1 single ball and 2 double balls. 3 increasing weight levels for an effective training of the pelvic floor. At the same time the balls get increasingly smaller, meaning that the pelvic floor muscles have to work harder to keep the balls in place. Additionally rotating weights on the inside can create oscillations that cause strengthening muscle contractions. Ideal after a pregnancy and as a preventative measure against incontinence. Skin-friendly Soft Touch texture and also featuring an elastic retraction strap with a ring.
